I've been lucky enough to review some of their delicious chocolates recently and I'm very impressed.

Bouchon wine flavoured chocolatesSuperior Selection, Bouchon Made with a Bordeaux wine infused, milk chocolate ganche centre and fine dark chocolate shell. Uniquely wrapped to resemble wine corks.
These are really delightful chocolates that are scrummy and so cute, They look just like corks - and if you hand them out to people without them knowing they're chocolate they do briefly wonder why you're giving them a cork!
The dark chocolate exterior is very fine and smooth. You can nibble through this to the wine flavoured interior that's mouthwateringly good. This is a high quality chocolate that will serve well at dinner parties or as a gift.

Superior Collection Chocolates from the chocolate trading co. These Superior Collection boxes of chocolates are fine works of art. When you open the box you will feel that impact you get from the beautifully laid out chocolates that grace the frame like box. You will be tempted to frame them and put them on the wall, but you won't as you'll be unable to resist them.

Amedei - started by Alessio and Cecilia Tessieri in the late 80s. Based at Pontedera which is near the Tuscan hills in Pisa in Italy~They make the chocolate from scratch, importing varietal beans from the best locations around the world.
